Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage outbound calling operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and supervise the telesales and collections team to achieve monthly and YTD targets.
- Monitor team performance through daily calling reviews and activity tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance review reports for management.
- Listen to random calls to assess quality, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Identify gaps in process or product knowledge and recommend corrective measures.
- Guide, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or collections team handling.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance.
- Excellent analytical skills for monitoring daily metrics and identifying improvement areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
