Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects, existing customers, or leads to introduce products, services, or offers.
  • Qualify leads and gather customer information to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on previous interactions and leads to ensure conversion and build relationships.
  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Promote and sell products/services, meeting individual and team sales targets.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers.
  • Manage leads effectively, nurturing them through the sales funnel and converting them into sales.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide detailed product information and address any customer questions or concerns.
  • Educate customers about the benefits of the products/services to encourage conversions.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, tracking key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales achieved.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed individual sales or call quotas set by the team leader or management.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and performance.
