Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Motor Insurance Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell motor insurance policies. You will assist clients with information, support policy applications, and ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound queries to promote motor insurance products
  • Provide detailed information on motor insurance plans, coverage options, premiums, and benefits
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs
  • Process new policy applications, renewals, and updates accurately
  • Maintain clear and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions and customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and perform under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of motor insurance products is an added advantage
  • Strong sales aptitude with goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
