Telecaller

Key Deliverables:

• Make 100–150 outbound recruitment calls daily for blue-collar hiring
• Screen and counsel candidates to ensure documentation readiness and job fit
• Maintain and update candidate databases and follow-up logs
• Support outreach campaigns (WhatsApp/SMS) and referral drives for local hiring

Role Responsibilities:

• Source and engage rural/semi-urban candidates for security guard roles
• Track candidates from call to training center reporting and onboarding
• Coordinate with field recruiters to meet weekly hiring targets
• Ensure quality communication in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English
