Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients for business development and lead generation.
  • Handle client interactions professionally, providing information and addressing queries.
  • Coordinate B2B activities, including scheduling meetings and following up on leads.
  • Build and maintain a database of clients and potential delegates.
  • Invite delegates for events, meetings, or presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes.
  • Perform basic computer tasks, including internet research and using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, client interaction, or B2B coordination is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and database management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
