Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients for business development and lead generation.
- Handle client interactions professionally, providing information and addressing queries.
- Coordinate B2B activities, including scheduling meetings and following up on leads.
- Build and maintain a database of clients and potential delegates.
- Invite delegates for events, meetings, or presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes.
- Perform basic computer tasks, including internet research and using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, client interaction, or B2B coordination is preferred.
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and database management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
