Roles & Responsibilities 

• To achieve the monthly KPIs assigned in alignment with the campaign/product objectives
• To drive productivity, efficiency and conversion ratios from the calling database provided
• To ensure complete and accurate information is provided to the customer & zero mis-selling
• To ensure appropriate follow-up with customers and maintain persistence
• To consistently attend daily huddle and maintain adequate levels of communication with TL/Managers
• To self-monitor conversion and revenue generated to strategize better
