Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential or existing customers via phone or other communication channels to inform them about products or services, following provided scripts.
  2. Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, or company information in a professional manner.
  3. Understand customer needs by asking relevant questions and guide them toward suitable solutions or sales closure.
  4. Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team for further follow-up and closure.
  5. Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database to maintain proper records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and effectively present solutions.
  • Basic computer skills for database management.
