Job Description

Position Summary:

The role involves driving sales through telephonic communication, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The candidate will play a key role in promoting Vector Systems' products and services while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Contact potential customers via phone to introduce Vector Systems' products and services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales by explaining product features and benefits.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and offering solutions to their concerns.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telephonic communication.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales goals by following sales scripts and processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader or sales manager.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through regular training sessions.
  • Learn and apply new sales strategies to improve performance and results.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a technical or related industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close sales efficiently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
