Job Description
Position Summary:
The role involves driving sales through telephonic communication, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The candidate will play a key role in promoting Vector Systems' products and services while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales:
- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce Vector Systems' products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by explaining product features and benefits.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and offering solutions to their concerns.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telephonic communication.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales goals by following sales scripts and processes.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader or sales manager.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through regular training sessions.
- Learn and apply new sales strategies to improve performance and results.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a technical or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales efficiently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
