Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.
Product Promotion:
- Promote dermatology-related products and services effectively.
Needs Assessment & Solution Offering:
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
CRM Management:
- Update all customer interactions and lead details in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Lead Follow-Up:
- Follow up regularly with leads to progress them through the sales funnel.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure unified sales efforts.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior knowledge or experience in dermatology or medical sales is an advantage
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
