Key Responsibilities

Counseling & Support

• Conduct telephonic or video counseling sessions for individuals seeking emotional support.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to share concerns and emotions.
• Listen actively and empathetically, demonstrating understanding and compassion.

Assessment & Planning

• Assess clients' needs and identify underlying issues.
• Develop personalized counseling plans and coping strategies.
• Offer guidance and tools to improve clients' emotional well-being.

Crisis Management & Referrals

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment for clients in distress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals or external organizations for referrals when necessary.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Track client progress toward goals and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of sessions, treatment plans, and notes.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with counseling techniques, mental health practices, and ethical standards.
• Participate in supervision, training, and skill enhancement opportunities.
