Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database to introduce real estate projects and properties.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from interested customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Qualify leads by gathering essential information about client needs, budget, and preferences.
• Schedule and confirm property viewing appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients to maintain interest and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Provide clients with information about property features, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
