Job Description
- Telecalling & Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication at all times.
- B2B Coordination: Coordinate with business clients to manage leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on requirements.
- Database Management: Build and maintain accurate databases of clients and potential leads.
- Invitation & Follow-ups: Invite delegates for events or meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills in English.
- Computer Proficiency: Utilize basic computer knowledge for documentation, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Support & Coordination: Assist in daily telesales activities and support the team in achieving targets.
