Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for various loan products.
- Customer Interaction: Explain loan products, features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to potential clients.
- Follow-ups: Track and follow up on loan applications, ensuring timely completion of documentation and approvals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan inquiries, and application status in CRM or other systems.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products based on customer needs.
- Customer Service: Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager regarding calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
