- Tele calling- candidate must have strong background in tele-calling and must be able to manage tele sales.
- Client Interaction- Candidate must be able to handle clients and understand their requirements and offer services accordingly.
- B2B co-ordination- Must facilitate the communication between client and the customers.
- Excellent oral communication skills in English language
- Database building & Invitation of delegates.
- Basic computer knowledge- MS Word, Excel.
- Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner
