Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and handle inbound queries efficiently.
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate B2B communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Build and maintain a database of clients and delegates.
- Invite delegates and manage confirmations for events or meetings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks using computer applications.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Internet browsing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain client records accurately.
