Tele-Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM systems accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, preferences, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
