Job Description

This role is for a Tele Caller who will primarily focus on managing customer queries and promoting products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, providing advisory services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
  • Provide advisory services via phone to customers.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
