About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead – .NET Full Stack to drive end-to-end application development and lead a team of talented developers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and Angular, along with proven leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design robust architecture, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Architect end-to-end full stack solutions with a strong focus on performance and security.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes proactively.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#
• Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
• Experience in full stack development and software architecture
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proven experience in leading development teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive projects independently and ensure successful delivery
• Strong collaboration and mentoring capabilities

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) / BCA
• Master's degree (M.Tech / MCA / MSc) preferred
