Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Angular, and React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, security, and responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and React.js.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
