Platform Operations Leadership

Manage enterprise platforms (cloud, application, data, integration layers) end-to-end.
Ensure high availability, resilience, observability, and performance.
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for platform lifecycle management.
Drive capacity planning, cost optimization, and technology modernization.

Enterprise Operations Management

Lead day-to-day IT operations: incident, problem, and change management.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams for operational integrity and audit readiness.
Define and track KPIs/SLAs for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

AI-Driven Efficiency & Automation

Identify opportunities for AI/ML, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
Implement AI-based tools: AIOps, automated remediation, chatbots, and workflow automation.
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise processes and platforms.
Measure impact: uptime gains, MTTR reduction, cost savings, and productivity improvements.

People Leadership

Manage, mentor, and grow platform engineers, SREs, operations analysts, and automation specialists.
Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation.
Develop skill roadmaps aligned to cloud, automation, and AI trends.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

Act as a trusted technology partner to business leaders and functional heads.
Communicate platform strategies, risks, and operational health in business-friendly terms.
Align operational initiatives with business priorities and enterprise architecture.

Strategic Planning & Governance

Contribute to multi-year technology roadmaps for platforms, automation, and operational modernization.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards, and security frameworks.
Drive adoption of DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native operational practices.
