Technology lead

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in back-end development, specifically Python
• Solid experience with API development, preferably with FastAPI
• Strong scripting skills, including JavaScript and Node.js
• Extensive experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MSSQL
• Proven track record working in cloud environments like AWS or Azure
• Experience deploying and managing scalable applications using Kubernetes and AWS serverless services
• Proficiency with Git, monitoring tools, and unit testing
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiar with Agile methodology and Atlassian tools (Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)

Good to Have Skills:

• Front-end development experience (React, HTML, CSS)
• Knowledge of BPM tools like Camunda
• Experience with form builder tools like Form.IO
• Development experience with SAP oData objects
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Role:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to convert business needs into technical requirements
• Design and implement RESTful APIs aligned with solution requirements and industry best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for API development and automation
• Ensure API security through authentication, authorization, and encryption techniques
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Stay updated on advancements and best practices in API development to improve existing APIs
