Techno-Functional Consultant_ Oracle HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and support testing of Oracle HCM applications.

• Implement and configure Oracle Learning and Talent Management modules based on business requirements.

• Design and configure learning features including catalogs, content structures, self-paced learning programs, and blended learning solutions.

• Support talent management processes including performance management, goal management, and compensation planning.

• Identify and document specifications for reports, system integrations, and interfaces.

• Work closely with technical teams to support development of reports, integrations, and system enhancements.

• Provide functional support and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and system performance.

• Work with third-party vendors and integration partners to support system integrations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
