Key Responsibilities:

• OT Preparation: Prepare the operating theatre with necessary surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and supplies.
• Sterilization: Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized before and after each procedure.
• Surgical Assistance: Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations by managing instruments and supporting patient positioning.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of surgical tools and consumables.
• Safety & Protocols: Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain safety and hygiene standards within the OT.
• Equipment Handling: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment.
