Technician Neurology

Role Responsibilities:

1. Obtain and document patient history, including seizure types and medication usage.
2. Perform and interpret various types of EEG, including routine, sleep, and neonatal recordings.
3. Conduct specialized EEG studies at the bedside of critical patients in ICUs.
4. Perform Nerve Conduction Studies and Evoked Potential Studies, including VEP, BAER, and SSEP.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in performing and interpreting EEG and specialized studies.
2. Knowledge of Nerve Conduction Studies and various Evoked Potential techniques.
3. Ability to work in intensive care settings and provide bedside diagnostics.
4. Strong understanding of neurology and related medical procedures.
