Technician

Aster Medcity is seeking a skilled Cardiology Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate will assist physicians in performing diagnostic cardiology tests, ensure patient comfort, maintain equipment, and contribute to high-quality cardiac care.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Testing

• Conduct electrocardiogram (EKG), phonocardiogram, echocardiogram, and stress tests using electronic equipment.
• Monitor patients during procedures and alert physicians to abnormal readings.

Patient Care

• Ensure cardiology patients are comfortable and respond to questions regarding tests.
• Provide support and reassurance during diagnostic procedures.

Medical Assistance

• Assist physicians during non-invasive cardiological procedures.
• Record test results and coordinate follow-up tests with physicians.

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Maintain and clean cardiology equipment daily, making necessary adjustments.
• Track supply inventory and restock the storeroom as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions promptly.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with cardiological advancements through conferences and research participation.
