Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of solar installations to detect potential issues early
• Perform preventive maintenance on solar panels, inverters, and other system components
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in PV modules, inverters, wiring, and electrical equipment
• Use monitoring systems to collect data on system performance and identify irregularities
• Respond promptly to breakdowns or system failures to minimize operational downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment logs
• Collaborate with O&M team members to ensure smooth operation and information sharing
• Follow all health and safety protocols during maintenance activities and promote a safe work environment
