We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for technical products and services.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather technical information from subject matter experts and other sources.
• Create and maintain user manuals, product documentation, and online help guides.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in all technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product functionality and features.
• Edit and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documents.

Skills and Qualifications

• 9-13 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Proficient in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
• Familiarity with content management systems and version control systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
