Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for our products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and product documentation
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather information and understand documentation needs
• Ensure all documentation complies with organizational standards for style, clarity, and consistency
• Review and update existing documentation based on product updates or user feedback
• Assist in the creation of templates and documentation standards where necessary
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal process documentation

Mandatory Skills:

• User Manual Documentation
• Product Documentation

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, MS Word, or Markdown editors
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Waterfall)
• Exposure to API documentation or technical illustration tools
