Excellent communication skills – both oral and written

3. Experience in interaction with US clients on a regular basis 

4. Ability to organize, track, and maintain large number of volumes 

5. Quick learning skills (various processes in each stage of documentation)  

6. Knowledge on Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC) 

7. Knowledge on Software Document Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 

8. Experience in working on the following: MS Word, FM, Epic editor/XML authoring  

9. DITA concepts   

10. Content management system  

11 PLM / project tracking tool  

12.Hands on experience in writing Service Manuals, User Manuals, Help manuals, software release notes/guides
