Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Voice Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via voice communication to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on technical support processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in technical support or voice support role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
