Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Voice Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via voice communication to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members on technical support processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in technical support or voice support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
