Technical Valuation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical evaluation and on-site inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Assess fair market value, distress value, and realizable value of collateral properties.
• Verify property measurements, statutory approvals, construction quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify technical risks including deviations, encroachments, and unauthorized constructions.
• Prepare detailed technical and valuation reports within defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Sales teams for case processing and clarifications.
• Manage and monitor empaneled valuers, where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation records.
