Technical Trainer Programming Languages

• Create technical training programs for organizational needs.
• Make training agendas and schedules for the classroom.
• Determine the course s objectives and course content
• Create training materials, such as worksheets and presentations.
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, and other activities in teams or alone.
• When necessary, arrange for and carry out on-site training. Observe and assess the outcomes of training initiatives.
• Using knowledge and experience gained through time, develop training scenarios that apply to real-world situations.
• Analyze program effectiveness overall and make adjustments.

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS

• Have expertise in an object-oriented programming language.
• Technical trainer with a performance record
• Have updated knowledge of the latest versions of Java, Python, PHP, Matlab, DotNet, or R.
• Have expertise in technologies such as Servlets, JDBC, Web application development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, HTML, Javascript, ReactJS, JQuery, CSS, Python Frameworks, etc.
• The ideal candidate should be familiar with OOPS, JSON, Jquery, and JavaScript and have experience working with Python-based online apps.
• Experience in desktop and web application development .
• Knowledge of teaching methods.
