Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical staff in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and integration techniques to drive innovation within the team.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Integration, including knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills :

• Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

• bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce integration.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects
