Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Lead to oversee our support team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical support team to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve team efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members on technical support best practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and improve product quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proficient in using support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Experience with customer service best practices and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
