Job Details:

  • Role: Technical Support Executive L2
  • Location: Kothanur, Bangalore
  • Shift: US Shift with rotational offs
  • Salary: Up to 6 LPA
  • Joining: Immediate joiners only (No notice period | No relocation)
  • Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat (Microsoft Teams)
  • Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
  • Resolve tickets using tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, Zendesk
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents
  • Ensure quick and efficient issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Helpdesk
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Networking & Active Directory
  • Experience with remote desktop tools & ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
