Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist our customers in resolving technical issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
  • Assist in the setup and installation of software and hardware for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and technical advancements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols is a plus.
