Job Description
- The L1 Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers via telephone and email.
- Solve basic technical problems and provide accurate information to customers regarding software and hardware issues.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 10+3 years Diploma/ Any Graduates
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
- Computer/Laptop Hardware knowledge
- Good knowledge of hardware and technical terms
