Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for Dynamics 365 CRM and related systems. The role involves handling technical queries, networking, and basic database tasks while supporting business operations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve technical queries related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Provide support for networking issues and basic database operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system or application issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to document solutions, share knowledge, and improve support processes.
  • Support minor digital marketing tasks (basic understanding preferable, not mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, networking fundamentals, and basic database management.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
