Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing technical support and will be responsible for helping customers resolve technical issues with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product issues.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
