Technical support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supporting global customers via email, phone, and webcasts
• Guiding customers, partners, and Sales Engineers in product installation, operations, and troubleshooting
• Maintaining and updating the AlgoSec knowledge base
• Introducing support methodologies and tools
• Working closely with global support teams, R&D, and product management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a software company
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
• Knowledge of firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
• Experience in supporting network security software products
• Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work irregular hours as needed

Advantages:
