Technical Specialist - Machine Learning

As a Technical Specialist – Machine Learning, you will be the SME across core ML technologies, enabling high-value AI initiatives across machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and analytics. You will define strategy, create frameworks, mentor teams, and deliver scalable ML solutions for global healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategy, frameworks, and accelerators for Machine Learning initiatives.
• Define ML roadmaps tailored to the needs of healthcare clients.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning techniques, NLP, computer vision, and applied analytics.
• Stay updated on emerging ML/AI innovations and promote their adoption within projects.
• Lead, guide, and mentor ML engineers and data scientists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Architect, design, and deploy ML solutions across diverse healthcare use cases.
• Bring hands‑on experience implementing ML projects in the healthcare domain.
• Oversee the complete ML lifecycle—from business problem definition to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless integration of ML models into products and workflows.
• Advocate for responsible, explainable, and ethical AI/ML practices.
• Explain complex ML concepts in a clear, accessible manner to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Experience: -

• 8- 13 Years

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. 
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical skills

• Experience in Machine Learning or AI.
• At least 8+ years of hands‑on experience leading and implementing ML projects.
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, NLP methods, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with modern architectures including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and retrieval‑based systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with key ML/AI libraries.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex ML concepts into simple, actionable insights.

Good to have skills: -

• Experience working in the healthcare domain.
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Certifications related to Machine Learning or Data Science.
