Technical Specialist-Hydrogen Plant

In this role, you will drive various 'green' initiatives and will be responsible for supporting design activities for a micro-grid hydrogen production plant.

• Support the design and layout of green hydrogen systems, utilizing 3D modeling tools in compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in system integration, focusing on electrolyser processes, fuel cell technology, and balance of plant components.
• Work closely with the assigned Project Manager and engineering team to ensure design quality and timely delivery.
• Contribute to PLC system configuration, application engineering, and commissioning support.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations specific to hydrogen production facilities.
• Establish and document best practices and lessons learned during project execution.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers for effective system integration and component selection.
• Provide input on electromechanical device integration, including valves, sensors, and actuators.
• Apply basic IT and network engineering knowledge, including Windows applications, PC setup, and interface configuration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in the power plant or hydrogen process industry.
• Practical understanding of hydrogen production processes, such as PEM/AEM electrolysers and fuel cell systems.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of PLC systems, configuration, and commissioning procedures.
• Understanding of electromechanical systems, sensors, and actuators.
• Familiarity with IT systems, PC configuration, and networking basics.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to project requirements.
