Job Description

As a Technical Specialist in Gen AI, you will serve as the subject matter expert on AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other relevant domains

Responsibilities: -

• Create GenAI technical strategy and build frameworks and accelerators to help customers

• Should research and create technical roadmap for Healthcare customers.

• Possess an unparalleled understanding of core AI and GenAI concepts – machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative models, and more.

• Stay at the forefront of AI/GenAI advancements, identifying and championing new applications for our business.

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions across various domains.

• Must have exposure of implementing AI projects in Healthcare space.

• Oversee the entire AI/GenAI development lifecycle, from problem definition to model deployment and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within our products and workflows.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analyze and optimize AI model performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. 
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience leading and implementing successful AI projects.

• A proven track record of developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions that deliver real-world business value.

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques.

• Extensive experience with generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and RAG framework and their applications.

• Strong software development skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.

• A passion for AI and a drive to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Good to have skills: -

  • Prior experience in healthcare domain
  • Certifications in AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Certifications in Data Science
