Job Description

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues, including software and hardware problems
  • Resolve incidents and issues escalated by end-users or team members

System Administration & Maintenance:

  • Manage and maintain technical systems, including servers, networks, databases, and other hardware and software
  • Ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely

Technical Solutions & Implementation:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs and requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and products to improve system performance and efficiency

Collaboration & Alignment with Business Goals:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and objectives
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are well understood and met

Training & End-User Support:

  • Provide technical training and support to end-users and other technical staff members
  • Ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle basic technical tasks

Research & Industry Best Practices:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in the industry
  • Recommend improvements and adapt new techniques to enhance technical efficiency

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and clients
