Technical Service Engineer

1.This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.

2.This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

1.Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager RTSM

2.Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts

3.Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling

4.Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager RTSM.

5.Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers
