Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with printer and antivirus-related technical issues.
- Identify customer problems and provide prompt and effective technical support and troubleshooting.
- Promote and sell relevant technical solutions including printer services, antivirus software, and support plans.
- Guide customers through setup, installation, and configuration of printers and antivirus products.
