Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Deployment & Technical Support:

  • Provide support in architecting and deploying optimized solutions with industry best practices.
  • Assist in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and partner support.
  • Handle product queries, design support, RMA (warranty) and service requests, both online and offline.

Partner & Sales Enablement:

  • Conduct partner orientation trainings and product/technical certification programs.
  • Support pre-sales activities by reviewing technical requirements and assisting in preparation of technical offers with design optimization.
  • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions for sales teams and partners to build technical competency.

Advisory & Industry Practices:

  • Provide technical advisory and update sales teams with competition benchmarking and industry best practices.
  • Ensure standardization and differentiation in solution offerings.
