Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Pharma and Bio-sciences industry.
- Maximize sales potential by crafting effective sales plans and strategies.
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to handle pan-India coverage.
- Service and manage relationships with R&D divisions in the Pharma and Bio-sciences sector.
- Achieve growth and sales targets through successful team leadership and performance management.
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering closely with them.
- Present sales performance, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to senior management.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying updated on new products and competitive activities.
