Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and manage relationships with R&D divisions in the Pharma and Bio-sciences sector.
  • Achieve growth and sales targets through successful team leadership and performance management.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering closely with them.
  • Present sales performance, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to senior management.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying updated on new products and competitive activities.
