Job Description
Responsible for driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams by training, mentoring, and guiding entry-level staff while managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies focused on both financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present products and services.
